Dragonheart Handmade Jewellery
Many of our items are handmade by Dragonheart using selected gems, stones and crystals and as such are only individual. The items are labelled, and by browsing or using the quick search you can easfind all the Dragonheart designs . If you require another similar piece please contact us to discuss commissioning the item.
If you would like earrings / bracelet and necklace to match then please feel free to contact us, As a rule I do not make the rest of the set as with the items being unique, then I prefer to make one piece from the set, and the rest of the rest as required.
All items are provided in presentation boxes making ideal gifts.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through NoChex. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. If you wish to pay via this method please contact us and we will send you an invoice.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped, although a deposit is required on commission items.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, complete with original packaging and labels intact. Goods must be in their original condition and unworn. Providing these conditions are met, we will be glad to offer a full refund or exchange. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless faulty. Postage will not be refunded.
We recommend that you send via recorded delivery or courier service.
We will endeavour to refund as soon as possible, and in all cases no later than 28 days from a refund being agreed.

Your personal information is only collected when voluntarily submitted by you. We may use the information we collect to provide you with news and other information which you may have requested. Occasionally we may notify you about important changes to the site and new information which we think you may find valuable.
